Radiosensitive effects and relative mechanism of CpG oligodeoxynuleotide
Synthetic oligodeoxynucleotides (ODN) containing unmethylated deoxycytosine deoxyguanosine (CpG) motifs bind to Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) and can stimulate both innate and adaptive immune reactions. Therefore, CpG-ODN shows high worth and broad application prospects in clinic of adjuvants, immunotherapy for tumor and allergic diseases. The effect and relative mechanism of radiosensitive effects with CpG-ODN is discussed in this paper.
