摘要

为研究17-AAG对肿瘤细胞和正常细胞辐射敏感性的影响，以人宫颈癌Hela细胞和中国仓鼠肺成纤维细胞V79为研究对象，用克隆形成实验观察细胞的存活率。结果表明，17-AAG能明显降低受X射线照射的Hela 细胞的存活率，而对V79细胞的存活率则无明显影响，表明17-AAG对HeLa细胞具有放射增敏作用，对V79细胞无放射敏感影响。

Abstract

In order to investigate the radio-sensitizing effect of 17-AAG, an inhibitor of Heat Shock Protein 90, on human Uterine Cervix Cancer HeLa and V79 cells, Clonogenic assay was used to observe the cell survival rate. The results show that 17-AAG can decrease obviously (,p,<,0.01) the clonogenic survival rate of HeLa cells irradiated by X-rays but not the V79 cells (,p,>,0.05). This indicates that 17-AAG may enhance the radio-sensitivity of the HeLa cell line and has no effect on the V79 cell line.
