THE STUDY OF RADIATION CROSSLINKING HALOGEN-FREE FLAME-RETARDING MATERIAL
The halogen-free flame-retarding material with good property satisfying the aims of "jiuwu" project "the study and product development of radiation-crosslinking cable and wire materials" was manufactured by choosing the basic resin, changing the addition amount of flame-ratarding agents, anti-oxygen agents, coupling agents, crosslinking sensitizer and radiation dose. Its rheological property is studied at the same time. OI is 40; tensile strength is 11.5MPa; and elongation at break is 370%.
