12MeV、4.2kW ELECTRON LINEAR ACCELERATOR IRRADIATION APPLICATION
Characteristics of an electron linear accelerator, which has 6~12MeV energy, 4.2kW average beam power is introduced. Results show that it has advantages on improving the characteristic of semiconductor devices such as diodes, triodes, SCR, preventing garlic from sprout, preservation of food, and so on.
