SCAVENGING OF SUPEROXIDE RADICAL ANION WITH HYDROXY-CINNAMIC ACID DERIVATIVES: A PULSE RADIOLYSIS STUDY
Using pulse radiolysis techniques the reaction rate constants of hydroxy-cinnamic acid derivatives (HCAD) with superoxide radical anion (O,2,-•,) were obtained by competition reaction kinetic analysis. The reacting mechanism was proposed based on the HPLC analysis of final products and UV spectrophotometry.
