COMPARISON OF ESTIMATION INDIVIDUAL BIOLOGICAL DOSE TO ACCIDENTAL RADIATION BY CHROMOSOME ABERRATIONS AND MICRONUCLEI
Biological doses of 5 cases exposed to ,60,Co γ-ray were estimated by the curves of relationships between radiation dose and chromosome aberations and micronuclei of peripheral blood lymphocytes. The results indicated that biological dose estimated by "die.+ r." and micronuclei were quite approximate to the physical dose at early phase of post irradiation. Specially, in 3 cases of uniform doses, the doses estimated by "dic.+ r." were nearly identical to the physical dose. At the same time, it was showed that dose estimated by micronuclei were higher than those of "dic.+ r." doses.
