摘要

研究了工业糖化酶制剂经辐照处理后各项性能的变化。结果表明，经2 kGy以下剂量的γ射线处理后，可提高其贮存稳定性，改善卫生品质，不影响其正常使用。

Abstract

The properties of industrial glucoamylase preparations (IGP) irradiated by γ rays were studied. The experimental results showed that the preservation period became longer and the hygienie quality was improved when the IGP was irradiated by γ rays with dose under 2 kGy. The irradiation does not have obvious poor effects on properties of IGP. Therefore the irradiated IGP could be used normally.
