SPECTROMETRY STUDY OF IRRADIATION EFFECT ON DL-THREONINE
The γ-irradiation stability of polycrystalline DL-Threonine (Thr)was studied by ESR,13,C CPMAS spectra and X-ray diffraction methosd. The ,13,C chemical shifts and X-ray diffraction data have no changes up to 100 kGy dose. This shows that Thr is stable within 100 kGy dose. The intensity of ESR spectra is increased, and the linewidth of ,13,C resonances is broadened with the increasing radiation dose.
