STUDY ON THE RADIATION DOSE EFFECT OF MICRO-NUCLEI DOSE USING CYTOKINESIS BLOCK METHOD
Using cytochalasin cytokinesis B to block was compared the dose effects of x-ray and ,60,Co γ-ray on frequencies of micronucleus, as well as the dose effect of γ-ray at different dose rates. The results indicated micromucleus frequencies of γ-irradiation were higher than those of X-irradiation with the same doses and the same dose rates. Micronuclei frequencies increased with the increase dose rates. Dose-effect curves not only related to the kinds of irradiation, but also to the dose rates of the same irradiation. So dose effect curves of different dose rates, should be made and it would be useful for the accidents, with difterent dose rates.
