PREPARATION OF THERMO-SENSITIVE HYDROGEL AND CONTROLLED RELEASE
N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) was grafted onto Polypropyrene ultrathinporous film by preirradiation grafting. A new kind of hydrogel with good mechanical strength and thermo-sensitivity was obtained. The factors which affect the grafting reaction were studied, and the surface micro-structure were observed. The aperture diameter of polypropyrene ultrathinporous could be controlled by temperature, and the grafted polypropyrene was used as penetrating and controlled release of drug deliverly.
