摘要

采用流式细胞术（FCM）观察了小剂量X射线预照射对其后大剂量照射所致EL-4细胞凋亡及细胞周期的影响。证实了0.075 Gy预照射可明显降低其后2 Gy所致细胞凋亡，减轻G,1,期阻滞，并促进细胞DNA合成，说明小剂量辐射可诱导EL-4淋巴瘤细胞凋亡及G1期阻滞的适应性反应。

Abstract

In the present paper, the effect of low dose X-rays on the induction of apoptosis and cell cycle against challenge dose was studied in EL-4 cell line with FCM It was demonstrated that 0.075 Gy (with the dose rate of 0.0125 Gy/min) preirradiation with X-rays 6 h before 2 Gy exposure could reduce the percentage of apoptosis and G,1, block induced by 2Gy (with the dose rate of 0.287 Gy). The results suggest that an adaptation of apoptosis and G,1, block could be induced by low dose X-rays in EL-4 lymphoma cells.
