THE BIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF SMMC-7721 IRRADIATED BY 25MeV/u 40Ar14+
The biological effects of SMMC-7721 irradiated by25MeV/u,40, Ar,14+, are studied. The following results are obtained: (1) Various chromosomal aberrations are induced and the micronucleus frequency is higher than that of corresponding control (2) The greater the dose is,the heavier the cells are damaged.(3) The repair system of cells is actived during fractionation irradiation and the efficiency of repair is enhanced responding to the irradiation times.
