摘要

预先对小鼠予小剂量照射，3～6 h后再接受大剂量X射线全身照射，观察小剂量辐射对大剂量损伤的拮抗作用。实验结果证明：预先照射0.01 Gy后，以染色体畸变为观测终点，则骨髓细胞和初级精母细胞染色体畸变均低于单纯大剂量组（,p,<,0.01）。雄鼠预先经0.05 Gy X射线处理6 h后全身照射2.0 Gy X射线，在9周内的受育率明显高于单纯大剂量照射组（,p,<, 0.01)。说明小剂量电离辐射不仅具有降低小鼠遗传物质的损伤作用，而且可以提高受大剂量照射小鼠的生育能力。

Abstract

In the paper,we studied effects of low doseionizing radiation 3~6 hours before high dose ionizing radiation on mouse The results showed that the CA of marrow cells and primary sperm cells were both higher than only high dosegroup (p<0.01). We preirradiated the male mouse with 0.05 Gy X-raybefore 2.0 Gy X-ray, and found that the rate of pregnancy was higher than only high dose group during 9 weeks (p<0.01). All of above show that low dose ionizing radiation could not only lower the break of hereditary material,but also increased the ability of reproduction of mouse treated by high doseradiation.
