In the paper,we studied effects of low doseionizing radiation 3~6 hours before high dose ionizing radiation on mouse The results showed that the CA of marrow cells and primary sperm cells were both higher than only high dosegroup (p<0.01). We preirradiated the male mouse with 0.05 Gy X-raybefore 2.0 Gy X-ray, and found that the rate of pregnancy was higher than only high dose group during 9 weeks (p<0.01). All of above show that low dose ionizing radiation could not only lower the break of hereditary material,but also increased the ability of reproduction of mouse treated by high doseradiation.
