摘要

总结和讨论了针对Fe,3,O,4,纳米颗粒的生物兼容性、细胞内吞和转运过程及其自身酶活性对自噬和细胞代谢的研究，对于磁性纳米材料在体内抗氧化、自噬调控、疾病和辐射治疗等相关研究具有重要的参考和启发意义。

Abstract

Research progress on biocompatibility, endocytosis and intracellular trafficking, as well as their intrinsic enzymatic activity-related cellular effects of magnetic iron nanoparticles (Fe,3,O,4, NPs) were summarized. These comprehensive researches provide valuable insights for anti-oxidation, autophagy regulation, theranostics, radiation treatment and other biomedical applications of magnetic iron nanoparticles.
