摘要

介绍DNA折纸模板在组装金属纳米结构方面的最新进展，重点介绍利用DNA折纸术研究表面等离子体共振的工作，包括其在表面荧光增强和表面增强拉曼方面的应用，并展望了DNA折纸术在表面等离子体共振性质和结构关系研究中的发展趋势。

Abstract

Progress in the assembly of nanoparticles with DNA origami is summarized, with an emphasis on surface plasmon resonance using DNA origami-assembled nanostructures, including surface fluorescence enhancement, and surface-enhanced Raman scattering. Future perspectives for the development of surface plasmon resonance with DNA origami are proposed.
