Carbon ion-beam irradiation screening of a butanol-tolerant mutant of Clostridium acetobutylicum
“In the field of bioenergy, researchers have used 12C6+ion beam irradiation mutagenesis technology to successfully screen for the high-yield and high resistance to butanol stress mutant strain G01 of Clostridium acetobutylicum, providing a new approach to improve biofuel production and tolerance.”
