Research on irradiation sterilization of leisure dried bean curd
“According to the latest research, 60Co γ - ray irradiation can effectively reduce the survival number of microorganisms in leisure dried tofu, and the total number of colonies and molds can be reduced to less than 10 CFU/g at the dose of 8.6 kGy, providing a reference for the application of irradiation technology in leisure dried tofu processing industry.”
