Study on a new technique for the treatment of Ganoderma lucidum spore powders using ball milling and γ ray irradiation
“In the field of food science, researchers have used gamma ray irradiation and ball milling techniques to treat Ganoderma spore powder, significantly improving the wall breaking rate and polysaccharide content. Under the optimal process conditions, the wall breaking rate reached 97.18% and the polysaccharide content reached 13.230 mg/g.”
