Extraction and purification of phenolic acid from Arachis hypogaea L. stems and leaves and its antioxidant activity
“In the field of food science, researchers used 60Co gamma ray irradiation combined with solvent extraction to extract phenolic acids from peanut stems and leaves. After optimizing the process parameters, the phenolic acid content was significantly increased and the antioxidant activity was enhanced.”
