Isolation and identification of “golden flower” fungus and determination of its effects on chemical the composition of Fu tea
“The "Golden Flower" fungus ACF-1 in Hunan Fu tea has been identified as Aspergillus nidulans, which is involved in the chemical composition changes of Fu tea and provides new evidence for revealing the mechanism of flavor quality formation in Fu tea.”
