    • Safety assessment of electromagnetic exposure of walk-through metal detectors operating at 6.48 kHz

    • In the field of electromagnetic security checkpoint security, experts use COMSOL software to simulate the working environment, calculate the magnetic induction intensity and induced electric field intensity in the human body model, and compare them with the ICNIRP public exposure limit. The results indicate that the simulation results are lower than the public exposure limit set by ICNIRP, indicating that the electromagnetic field generated by the transmitting coil during the operation of the security checkpoint does not pose a health threat to human electromagnetic exposure.
