    • Study on the decolorization process and antioxidant activity of xylo-oligosaccharides in Camellia oleifera shell prepared via irradiation-hydrothermal treatment

    • In the field of high-value utilization of by-products from Camellia oleifera processing, experts use electron beam irradiation combined with hydrothermal treatment to prepare oligosaccharides of Camellia oleifera shells, optimize the activated carbon decolorization process, measure and analyze the antioxidant activity of oligosaccharides of Camellia oleifera shells after decolorization, and provide a new approach for high-value utilization of by-products from Camellia oleifera processing.
