Degradation of five pesticide residues in Chinese wolfberry using high-energy electron beam irradiation
“In the field of food safety, researchers have used high-energy electron beam irradiation to degrade pesticide residues in goji berries, and found that there are differences in the degradation rates of different pesticides. Increasing the moisture content can improve the degradation efficiency.”
