Login in to the website www.fs.sinap.ac.cn, and click “Online Submission” to register and then submit manuscripts. The manuscripts submitted are accepted or rejected after "Three Review" (normally, within 12 weeks and please do not make resubmit this period). The accepted manuscripts are published after "Three Proofreading" (normally, within 4 weeks). Details see the following figure.
