      摘要:In order to investigate the effects of human anti-proliferative protein Tob1 (transducer of ErbB2,1) on the radio-sensitivity of human cervix cancer cells HeLa, the full length Tob1 recombinant plasmid pcDNA3.0/Tob1 (pc3/Tob1) was constructed and transfected into HeLa cells by lipofectamine. And G418 selection was used to get HeLa cell line stably expressed exogenous Tob1. The clonogenic assay was applied to study the effects of Tob1 on HeLa cell radio-sensitivity, while flow cytometry assay and Western Blot analysis were performed to determine the related mechanisms. It was shown that, compared with parental HeLa cells and mock plasmid pcDNA3.0 transfected HeLa/pc3, the radio-sensitivity of HeLa cells transfected with Tob1 was increased obviously. It was also found that increased Tob1 expression could enhance cell apoptosis of HeLa induced by irradiation, while up-regulated protein expression level of Bax, but down-regulated Bcl2 expression occur at the same time. These results suggested that Tob1 might play a role as radio-sensitizer of cervix cancer cell line HeLa via regulating the expression of apoptosis related genes.

      摘要:SEMA3B could sensitize tumor cells to radiation treatment through the way of inhibiting PI3K/Akt pathway, which could function as enhancing the repair of DNA damage induced by ionization radiation. Also, SEMA3B could enhance tumor radio-sensitivity by competing for binding VEGF165 to Neuropilin, which are the same receptors that they share, so as to inhibit the expression of VEGF165 which could protect the ionization radiation injury of blood vessels.

      摘要:The insulation material of POE/EPDM/SR/MH with different composites were prepared under irradiation by electron accelerator. The effect of formulated components on the mechanical properties, flammability and dielectric properties along with the absorbed doses were investigated. It was found that there was no relation between the tensile strength and the gel content, but there was a better corresponding relationship between the yield strength and the gel content in a certain doses range. The additive with silicon rubber could promote the formation of char and there was flame retardant synergic efficiency between silicon rubber, MH and red phosphorus.

      摘要:The SDB-g-MMA-AN was prepared by pre-irradiation grafting of acrylonitrile (AN) on MMA ring of SDB-g-MMA under initiation of SDB-g-MMAO2∙ radical produced from irradiation of SDB-g-MMA in air by γ-rays. The pre-irradiation grafting of AN was confirmed with the sample of SDB-g-MMA-AN characterized by FT-IR and the grafting ratios at different absorbed doses obtained. Based on the results measured by XRD and SEM, it could be revealed that acrylonitrile side-chain played an important role in improving properties of SDB-g-MMA-AN. It has been found that both radiation degradation and oxidation of SDB-g-MMA are involved in the irradiation process. And the structure model of SDB-g-MMA-AN molecule has been presumed.

      摘要:The changes of cellulose microstructure after implanted by low energy N+ were characterized by IR, X-rays diffraction and SEM. The results showed that the cellulose intra-molecular and the intermolecular hydrogen bond have broken after implanted by low energy N+. With the increment of implanted ion doses, the cellulose relative degree of crystallinity reduced gradually. When the implantation doses increased to 1500×1014 cm-2, the relative degree of crystallinity decreased 6.84% compared with the control sample; and the cellulose particle diameter reduced gradually too, the fiber became more and more incomplete. There were obvious laminations on the surface of fiber, and mostly were tiny fragment.

      摘要:LDPE/EVA blend were modified by γ-irradiation, and then foamed by using supercritical carbon dioxide as blowing agent. The effect of absorbed dose on melting temperature, crystallization and shearing viscosity of LDPE/EVA blend was characterized by means of differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and advanced rheology expand system (ARES).The morphology of the foam was investigated in detail by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Experimental results showed that the melting point and the crystallinity of LDPE/EVA blend slightly decreased after γ-irradiation. However, the viscosity and foaming property of the blend were improved than the original blend. At foaming temperature of 105℃ with the saturation pressure of 23 MPa, the optimal absorbed dose for the foaming of the blend was found to be 50 kGy.

      摘要:Two asymmetric aromatic ethers complexes of cyclopentadienyliron hexafluorophosphate were prepared, which are p-methoxyl diphenylether complex of cyclopentadienyliron hexafluorophosphate(Fc-OE) and p-chloro diphenylether complex of cyclopentadienyliron hexafluorophosphate(Fc-ClE). The UV-vis absorption of two ferrocenium salts revealed that they could be used for photo-initiator with light above 300—550 nm because of d-d* transition of the complexes. The fluorescence spectra showed that Fc-OE had stronger emission than that of Fc-ClE. The photo-initiation abilities in photo-polymerizing the diglycidyl ether of the bisphenol-A epoxy (E44) oligomer using a halogen lamp were evaluated by near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. The results show that the photo-initiation ability of Fc-ClE with the electron-withdrawing chloride atom is better than that of Fc-OE.

      摘要:Amido modified polyorganosiloxane acrylate (AMPA) was synthesized. A series of UV-curable coatings were prepared by using amido modified polyorganosiloxane acrylate (AMPA), PTFE micro-wax powder or PE modified PTFE micro-wax powder as surface modifiers. The UV-cured process was characterized by means of FT-IR measurements. The wear resistance, surface elements, water contact angle and gloss of UV-curable films were investigated. The results show that these surface modifiers have self-lubricating action, and small content (0.5%—2%) causes significant increment of wear resistance of cured coatings. When the mass content of amido modified polyorganosiloxane acrylate (AMPA) changes from 0.0% to 1.0%, the mass loss of wear resistance measurements of UV-cured films decreases from 22.8mg to 9.2 mg and water contact angle increases from 43.3° to 100.3°, but the gloss of UV-cured films decreases from 113.5°to 95.5°.

      摘要:The experiment conditions such as NaOH dosage, microwave radiation power, NaOH process time and bleaching processes assembling in multiprocessing bleaching of paper pulp were optimized by using the method of orthogonal test. The mechanism of straw pulp bleached by microwave radiation was studied by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and fibre analysis. The best conditions for multiprocessing bleaching of paper pulp could be as following that firstly, H2O2 bleaching, microwave power was 240 W, process time was 2.5min, H2O2 dosage was 5%, NaOH dosage was 4%; secondly, NaOH processing, microwave power was 200 W, process time was 1min, NaOH dosage was 3.5%; thirdly, NaClO bleaching, microwave power was 240 W, process time was 2.5 min, NaClO dosage was 4.2%, NaOH dosage was 1%. In optimal process, the whiteness of paper pulp could reach more than 78%ISO. IR results proved that the configuration of the lignin was almost the same as before reaction. The fiber analysis indicated that the form of the pulp fiber did not vary compared with that before reaction.

      摘要:In order to investigate the anti-tumor effect of RNA interference silencing HIF-1α and survivin genes combined with X-rays irradiation on human hepatoma xenograft in nude mice, siRNA expression plasmids targeting HIF-1α and/or survivin genes packed by liposome were injected into human hepatoma xenograft which were irradiated with 5 Gy X-rays later. Tumor volumes and mean survival period of mice at different time points were observed. Expression level of HIF-1α, survivin, PCNA and intratumoral microvessel density was detected by Immunohisto-chemical staining respectively. Apoptotic cells in tumor tissue were detected by TUNEL method. The results showed that tumor volumes of pGenesil-survivin-HIF+5 Gy group were significantly lower than that of pGenesil-survivin+5 Gy group and pGenesil-HIF+5 Gy group on the 9th—21th day after the beginning of therapy. Mean survival period of mice in pGenesil-survivin-HIF+5 Gy group was the longest. Expression level of HIF-1α, survivin, PCNA and intratumoral microvessel density in pGenesil-survivin-HIF+5 Gy group were significantly lower than that of the control group and the radiotherapy group on the 1st day after therapy. Percentage of apoptotic cells in tumor tissue in pGenesil- survivin-HIF+5 Gy group was significantly higher than that in the other groups. These results suggested that RNA interference silencing HIF-1α and survivin genes combined with radiotherapy could effectively inhibit cell proliferation and tumor angiogenesis and enhance apoptosis in tumor xenograft. Its anti-tumor effect was more powerful than that of radiotherapy, RNA interference silencing HIF-1α or survivin gene combined with radiotherapy respectively.

      摘要:This study is to explore the changes of human mitochondrial Cyt b, ATPase 6 and ATPase 8 genes expression induced by 60Co γ-rays irradiation. The dose-effect relationships between expression changes of the genes and the absorbed doses were analyzed by RT-PCR (Reverse Transcription PCR) and Real-time PCR at 8 h after the irradiation in human lymphoblastoid cell lines, which were exposed to 1—10 Gy 60Co γ-rays. The changes of these genes expression were also analyzed at different post-radiation time-points between 0.5 h and 72 h after irradiation of 5 Gy to explore the time-effect relationships. The results showed that the expression of 3 genes were up-regulated comprehensively. A good dose-effect relationship was showed for Cyt b and ATPase 8 at dose range of 0—8 Gy. For the time-effect after irradiation, the expression levels of 3 genes were up-regulated generally and the peak change time-point was 4 h after irradiation. 60Co γ-rays irradiation might induce the changes of mitochondrial Cyt b, ATPase 6 and ATPase 8 genes expression, and these genes expression are up-regulated generally.

      摘要:In order to investigate the effects of autophagy on proliferation inhibition in human U251 glioma cells irradiated by X-rays, WST-1 colorimetric assay, MDC staining and LC3 Immunohistochemistry were used. It has been found that X-rays can decrease the viability of U251 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner by WST-1 colorimetric assay and induce autophagy in U251 cells confirmed by MDC staining and LC3 immunoreactivty. The results showed that X-rays could inhibit the proliferation significantly and induced autophagy of U251 cells.

      摘要:3D-CRT and IMRT were used in the radiation therapy of Central Non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and the dose difference of the methods was estimated. Thirty-two patients suffering with II class NSCLC were selected. Based on CT images, each patient was given 1 3D-CRT (3 dimensional conformal radiotherapy) and 2 IMRT(intensity modulated radiation therapy) treatment plans (5 fields and 7 fields), respectively, and the dose distribution was evaluated too. The results showed that PTVDmean and the PTVmax, PTVDmax (%) and CI of IMRT were both higher than those of 3D-CRT, but the uniformity was not as good as 3D-CRT. All indexes of lung and spinal cord treated with IMRT were lower than that treated with 3D-CRT. Moreover, there was no significance of the difference between 5 fields and 7 fields. In a conclusion, IMRT could not only decrease the target dose of NSCLC, but it can protect normal tissue from radiation damage effectively. And when IMRT was used, 5 fields might be enough.
