摘要:In order to introduce linear non-threshold (LNT) model used in study on the dose effect of radiation hazards and to evaluate its application, the analysis of comprehensive literatures was made. The results show that LNT model is more suitable to describe the biological effects in accuracy for high dose than that for low dose. Repairable-conditionally repairable model of cell radiation effects can be well taken into account on cell survival curve in the all conditions of high, medium and low absorbed dose range. There are still many uncertainties in assessment model of effective dose of internal radiation based on the LNT assumptions and individual mean organ equivalent, and it is necessary to establish gender-specific voxel human model, taking gender differences into account. From above, the advantages and disadvantages of various models coexist. Before the setting of the new theory and new model, LNT model is still the most scientific attitude.

摘要:PVDF, PVP, PVDF/PVP with different blend ratios and PVDF-g-PVP graft copolymer with different grafting degree were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). As indicated by the corresponding relationship of gravimetric analysis, FTIR is feasible for the quantitative determination of PVP in the samples. It is found that when the absorbed dose was below 26 kGy, the irradiation had little influence on the spectra of PVDF. But compared to the blend with the same content of PVP, the intensity of the special carbonyl (C=O) stretching absorption of PVP in graft copolymer significantly decreases, which suggests that the grafting degree of graft copolymer can not be obtained by the quantitative relational expression from the blending method.
摘要:To improve the compatibility between wood and polypropylene, a compatibilizer was prepared with maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene under γ-rays irradiation. The boards of wood/plastic composites were made by a twin screw extruder after mixing the compatibilizer with the dried and sieved wood powders. The observation by use of scanning electron microscope demonstrated that the compatibility between wood and polypropylene matrix was obviously improved while the mechanical properties including flexural strength, tensile strength and impact strength of such boards were greatly enhanced. And the optimum mass fraction of addition agent was 4% in the process of pre-irradiation grafting.

摘要:Irradiation vulcanization of polybutadiene rubber latex (PBL) in the presence of radiation sensitizer n-butyl methacrylate (n-BMA) and n-butyl acrylate (n-BA) by 60Co γ-rays was studied. The crosslinking mechanism and kinetics of irradiation vulcanization were investigated. The effect of absorbed doses and the sensitizer contents on the gel fraction was evaluated, and the micro structure, mechanical and dynamic mechanical properties of latex films were characterized by means of FTIR and DMA, etc. The results indicated that both of n-BMA and n-BA showed vulcanization enhancement for PBL. With increment of crosslink density, the tensile strength and Young’s modulus increased while elongation at break decreased. Moreover, as heavy crosslinking restrained the movement of chains the glass transition temperature (Tg) increased, and the storage modulus (E’) and loss modulus (E") at room temperature increased as well. The deviation from the Charlesby-Pinner equation revealed PBL enhancement vulcanization, which didn’t fit well with kinetic randomly.
摘要:A UV- curable alkali-soluble polysiloxane urethane acrylate (APSUA) for solder mask was designed and synthesized in this work. The effect of composition of APSUA on physical and mechanical properties of UV curing APSUA materials including water resistance, volume shrinkage, hardness, tensile strength, elongation and heat resistance, was investigated in this paper. The results showed that reactive monomers with hydroxyl bonding could increase water absorption of the APSUA. The water absorption of the APSUA decreased with increasing crosslinking yields. The volume shrinkage of the APSUA decreased with increasing APSUA concentrations in the system and the volume shrinkage of investigated APSUA was lower than 6%. Multi-functional monomer and acrylate monomer with rigid structure could improve hardness of APSUA. When functionality of reactive monomer increased the heat resistance of APSUA could be enhanced. The APSUA possesses excellent compatibility with most of acrylate monomers.

摘要:The Saccharomyces Cerevisiae YE0 was mutated using high-energy-pulse-electron (HEPE) beam. After ethanol stress and determination of the alcohol yield by gas chromatographs, the mutant YF1 with high alcoholic yield was obtained. The results showed that under the optimized fermentation conditions (34℃ as the fermentation temperature, 72 h as the fermentation time and 30% as the glucose concentration), the alcoholic yield of YF1 was 15.57% which was 58.23% higher than that of the original strain YE0(9.84%) under the same conditions. The growth rate and lethal temperature of the mutant YF1 were obviously enhanced to the original strain YE0. The mutant YF1 has a great potential application in industrial production of alcohol. And it can also be used as the original strain for further mutagenesis to get the strain of higher alcoholic yield.
摘要:In order to study the changes of micronuclei cell frequency in the non-immune cell types, the human intestinal crypt epithelial cell (HIEC) was treated by CpG-ODN after radiation. MTT assay and micronuclei assay were used in this research. The result of MTT assay shows that CpG-ODN does not have any toxicity to HIEC in the concentration range of 0.00–1.25 μmol/L. Micronuclei assay measurement indicates that CpG-ODN can protect HIEC from radiation damage by reducing the micronucleus frequency (MNF) and the micronucleus cell frequency (MNCF). The experiment results reveal that CpG-ODN is safe and may have radioprotection effect on some non-immune human cell types.
摘要:The subject is to investigate the radiation sensitivity and it’s mechanism on SHG44 cells of human glioma induced by dihydroartemisinin. MTT assay was used to measure the inhibition effect, cloning survival assay was used to study the radiation sensitized effect and flow cytometry was adopted to detect the changes of cell cycle distribution meanwhile western blot was used to examine the expression of CyclinB1, Cdc2. The results showed that dihydroartemisinin inhibited the proliferation of SHG44 cells in dose-dependent and time-dependent manner. DHA(5μmol/L) had obvious radiation sensitivity effect on SHG44 cells and the sensitized enhancement rat(SER) was 1.42. Compared with the radiation group, the G2 /M ratio decreased and the expression of CyclinB1 increased while the expression of Cdc2 didn’t change in the radiation plus drug group. It can be concluded that dihydroartemisinin has radiation sensitivity effect on SHG44 cell, which may be related to weakening of the function of G2 checkpoint by increasing the expression of CyclinB1 and relieve from the cycle blockage of G2/M stage.

摘要:In order to study the effects on DNA damage in rat lung tissue after exposed to radon and its progeny, 16 male rats divided into 4 groups randomly were exposed to radon and its progeny at the cumulative doses of 0, 64、121 and 236 working level month(WLM), respectively. The levels of ROS (Reactive oxygen species) in BALF (Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid) cells were determined by laser scanning confocal microscope meanwhile the content of 8-OHdG (8-Hydroxydeoxyguanosine) in lung tissue was detected by ELISA. The relative expression levels of OGG1 (8-oxoguanine DNA-glycosylase type 1) mRNA and MTH1 (Nucleoside diphosphate linked moiety X-type motif 1) mRNA were determined by RT-PCR. It was found that the ROS level and 8-OHdG content significantly increased, and the expression level of OGG1 decreased at the same time. The DNA damage of lung tissue exposed to radon and its progeny might be attributed to the increase of 8-OHdG level and the down-regulated level of relative DNA repairing enzymes.

摘要:To explore the combined effect of 1, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3(1,25(OH)2D3) with 60Co γ-rays irradiation on the growth of ovarian cancer cell line SKOV-3, SKOV-3 cells were divided into 4 groups: 1, 25(OH)2D3 treatment group, irradiation group, combined treatment group and control group. Cell proliferation was determined by MTT. Distributions of cell cycle, ROS and [Ca2+]i were analyzed by flow cytometry. The results showed that although each of two treatments alone displayed antiproliferative activity, the growth inhibition of SKOV-3 cells was further enhanced by the combination of 1, 25(OH)2D3 with irradiation. Cell cycle analysis indicated that the distribution of SKOV-3 cells in G0/G1 phase was significantly increased by 1, 25(OH)2D3, whereas, G2/M phase was further increased with its combination with irradiation. The results showed that the contents of ROS and [Ca2+]i in the combined group cells were all significantly higher than that of the single treatment group (P<0.05). 1,25(OH)2D3 can enhance inhibition of ovarian cancer cells to γ-rays irradiation.

摘要:The sterilization storage of fresh mussel irradiated by high-dose electron beam was studied. From the subjective assessment by the weighted average of the test and other determined parameters, it can be concluded that the flavor of fresh mussel meat sealed canned food irradiated by high-dose electron beam has not been significant affected, and various micro-organisms can be killed effectively, which means that the irradiated fresh mussel meat can be preserved for long-term at room temperature. Therefore the method might resolve the problems induced by traditional frozen preservation methods.
摘要:Bipolar linear devices laboratory irradiation testing results are significantly different from the actual in flight exposure to the radiation. In this paper the total dose irradiation of operational amplifiers, and analysis upon the total dose response of these bipolar circuits under the different test conditions were investigated in the same experiment. Total dose tests of bipolar linear operational amplifiers show susceptible to dose rate, bias and room temperature annealing during exposure. The critical sensitive parameters of operational amplifier are input bias current, input offset current, input offset voltage, and open loop gain, which exhibits both bias and dose rate dependence. With calculating the change of each electrical parameter (Δpara) for each sample at 300 Gy radiation level, it has been found that the ratio of the Δpara at low dose rate to the Δpara at high dose rate exceeds 2.46 times for any of the parameters. So these parts are considered to be ELDRS susceptible. After room temperature annealing, the main parameters have time dependent effect at low dose rate and without time dependent effect at high dose rate.

摘要:In order to verify the 222Rn concentration in the vertical distribution of possible, the validation study was carried out using the method of passive measurement of 222Rn, active carbon box method. Experimental results indicate that the 222Rn concentration decreases from 73.12 Bq/m3 to 51.89 Bq/m3 when the height above the ground increases from 0.04 m to 3.01 m. The vertical distribution, 222Rn concentration decreases with increasing height, was preliminarily verified. Subsequently, another experiment was taken in the same room, and the result identified the conclusion. This study could supply the dose assessment of people working in the underground construction with some guidance.
