      摘要:Synthetic oligodeoxynucleotides (ODN) containing unmethylated deoxycytosine deoxyguanosine (CpG) motifs bind to Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) and can stimulate both innate and adaptive immune reactions. Therefore, CpG-ODN shows high worth and broad application prospects in clinic of adjuvants, immunotherapy for tumor and allergic diseases. The effect and relative mechanism of radiosensitive effects with CpG-ODN is discussed in this paper.

      摘要:PVDF-g-PGMA powder was prepared by pre-irradiation graft polymerization technique and then the membranes were cast from PVDF-g-PGMA powder with different degrees of grafting (DG) using solvent evaporation method. The structure and the performance both of the PVDF and the PVDF-g-PGMA membranes were analyzed by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscope (SEM), mercury porosimetry and lithium ion conductivity, respectively. After assembling 2032 coin type cell, the battery performances were also investigated. The results demonstrate that the PVDF-g-PGMA membranes possess better cell performance than pristine PVDF membrane.

      摘要:In order to explore the primary diagnostic aspects of lung cancer the effects of radon on the genes methylation of p16 and MGMT in BALF cells and tumor markers in serum of rats were investigated. 30 male wistar rats were randomly and equally divided into 5 groups: control group, 30 working level month (WLM) group, 60 WLM group, 90 WLM group and 120 WLM group, respectively. The rats were exposed to multi-functional ecology radon cabinet except for control group. Methylation-specific PCR (MSP) was used to detect the methylation rates of p16 gene and MGMT gene in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) cells, ELISA was used to test the concentration of lung cancer biomarkers in serum of rats. The results showed that the methylation rates of p16 gene and the level of CEA in 120 WLM group increased significantly compared to other groups (P<0.05). The level of NSE in 120 WLM group was remarkably higher than that in other groups except for 90 WLM group (P<0.05), but the methylation rate of MGMT gene and the concentration of CYFRA21-1 and p53 antibody did not change significantly among all the 5 groups (P>0.05). The above results suggested that it might be benefit to screen biomarker of lung cancer induced by high concentration radon exposure as the methylation rates of p16 gene and the levels of CEA and NSE increased significantly in high dose radon exposed rats.

      摘要:A new type of polyurethane-modified epoxy monoacrylates (PMEMA) was synthesized. The resins contained both UV-curable groups (C=C) and heat-curable groups (epoxy). Different UV-curable liquid compositions were developed with different kinds of active diluents. The change of absorption peaks of double bond and epoxy group were identified by FTIR spectra during UV-heat curing process. The gel content, water absorption, mechanical and thermal characteritics of the UV cured films and UV-heat cured films were investigated. The gel contents of UV cured films were lower than 89%, and the gel contents of UV-heat cured films were about 97%. Compared to the epoxy monoacrylates (EMA) systems with same active diluents, the breaking strength of UV-heat cured films of PMEMA system decreased, but its relative elongation increased from 4.9% to 8.0%. The first decomposition temperature of UV-heat cured films was over 230℃.

      摘要:Rheological properties of the composites formed by filling the high-density-polyethylene (HDPE) with carbon black (CB) as well as the irradiation effects were investigated with advanced rheology expand system (ARES). It was found that under the irradiation dose of 40 kGy, HDPE network formed by radiation-induced cross-linking of HDPE molecules. As a result, storage modulus (G′) plateau appears at low frequency and loss factor (tg δ) decreases significantly over the entire frequency region. The rheological properties of 25 phr CB composite as a function of the irradiation dose were also explored. It has been demonstrated that at low irradiation dose, cross-linking behavior of HDPE molecules is dominant. At a dose of 100 kGy, an abnormal behavior of storage modulus and loss factor are observed, which can be attributed to the degradation of polymers proved by the gel test.

      摘要:In order to investigate the effect of radiation grafting on mechanical properties of bamboo, the original and carbonized bamboo soaked with monomer MMA were radiation grafted by 60Co γ rays with the doses of 60-220 kGy. The results showed that compared with original blanks, treated with MMA and irradiated with the dose of 180kGy the specific gravity, bending strength and modulus of elasticity of original bamboo increased by 6.7%, 4.4%, and 28%, meanwhile its oven-dried radial, tangential and volumetric shrinkage decreased by 38.9%, 47.4%, and 32.9%, respectively. What is more, treated with MMA and irradiated with the doses of 140 kGy the specific gravity and modulus of elasticity of carbonized bamboo increased by 6.8% and 20%, while its oven-dried radial, tangential, volumetric shrinkage decreased by 11%, 4.6% and 12%, respectively. The study reveals that mechanical properties of original and carbonized bamboo can be enhanced by radiation grafting copolymerization with suitable absorbed doses, which may be valuable for the further research of developing new bamboo plastic composites.

      摘要:Penicillin producing strain Penicillium chrysogenum Pc05 as the starting strain was mutated by low-temperature air plasma technology. As the result revealed, in 30 minutes, the survival rate of spores followed the saddle-shaped curve. The positive mutants accounted for 44.19% of all mutants while the negative mutation was low. After primary and secondary screening, the mutant aPc051310 was obtained, and eventually its penicillin titer increased 42.1% compared with that of starting strain. Synergetic effect between chemical reactive species and charged particles was considered as the main mutation mechanism involved in low temperature air plasma. All the results have been proved that as a new industrial microbial strains mutation method, low temperature air plasma has potential applications.

      摘要:This thesis takes Clostridium acetobutylicum CICC 8012 as the original strain and uses HEPE(High energy pulsed electron) to mutate the strain. With progressive cultivation method, a new strain S10 was selected, which has a high production of butanol with 8.32 g/L, increasing 10% compared to the original strain. And then, the experiment of adding CH3CHOONH4, FeSO4 and MnSO4 was carried out to explore if these factors had effect on the fermentation production of butanol. The result showed that these factors could increase the butanol production with S10.

      摘要:The expression and significance of blood-testis-barriar tight junction protein as well as Occludin in the testis of mice was investigated after whole-body exposure to electromagnetic pulse (EMP). Thirty adult Balb/c mice were irradiated to the whole body with 400kV/m EMP and 200 repeat while other thirty adult Balb/c mice were sham irradiated in the same condition. Specimens were harvested to prepare paraffin-embedded slice or to extract tissue protein and mRNA on 1, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after irradiation. Changes in cellular localization and expression of Occludin were examined by Real-time PCR, Western-blotting and immuno-fluorescence method, respectively. The results showed that the mRNA and protein levels of Ocludin expression were significantly decreased on 1, 7 and 14 days after irradiation compared with control groups. These results indicate that EMP can reduce the expression of blood-testis-barrier tight junction protein Occludin and induce the damage of blood-testis-barrier.

      摘要:The effect of γ-rays radiation pretreatment on enzymatic hydrolysis of corn straw for producing sugar was studied. The relationship between irradiation-dosage and content of reducing sugar was investigated in DNS method. After 1000 kGy irradiation, the content of reducing sugar reached about 317.35%. A synergistic effect between irradiation and enzyme was observed. The reducing sugar yield after enzymatic hydrolysis reached 20.51% when the corn straw powder (0.15 mm) irradiated with a dose of 1 000 kGy. The result shows that the irradiation had significant influence on enzymatic hydrolysis of corn straw. At the 500 kGy pre-irradiation, compared with initial yield, the maximum sugar yield of sample had increased by 13.68% while the irradiated corn straw stored in 20 days.

      摘要:The effect of uptake and distribution of 133Cs and 88Sr in the common plant-India mustard (Brassica napus L.) by exogenous phytohormones (Gibberelin-A3, GA3, Salicylates, SA, 3-indole acetic acid, IAA) treatments were studied by using hydroponic experiment. The results shown as follows: the biomass of above-ground and that of roots of oilseed rape were obviously higher than that of contrary (non-hormone), and the accumulation of 133Cs and 88Sr increased as well, under the three phytohormones treatments. The distribution sequence of 133Cs and 88Sr in oilseed rape was roots>above-grounds, and the contents was 133Cs > 88Sr. The accumulation ability of phytohormones was GA>SA>IAA, the accumulation of 133Cs or 88Sr increased with the phytohormone concentration. The treatment of mid-level of Gibberelin-A3 (500 mg/L) and Salicylates acid (500 μmol/L) increased the biomass, enrichment and the translocation factors under the low concentration of 133Cs and 88Sr stress (1 mmol/L). Therefore, the phyto-extraction efficiency was enhanced in oilseed rape by using exogenous phytohormones.
