摘要:The effects of ion-implantation on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and chlorophyll content in young leaves of Chinese fir(Cunninghamia Lanceolata(Lamb.) Hook) were investigated in this paper by using 50 ke V energy ion beam with different doses of Fe+ and Ti+ implanted into seeds, Chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and Chlorophyll content of the seedlings were measured, the results showed that the fluorescence value(Fi) and Maximal fluorescence(Fv) were significantly higher in Fe+ implantation as compared with Ti+ implantation, while the Fi and Fv values were not altered by Ti+ treatment compared with the control. Moreover, the values of Fv/Fmax and Fv/Fi in both ion-implantation treatments exhibited an increasing trend, the significance is not obvious, and Fv/Fmax value did not vary significantly. The photoinhibition phenomenon in seedlings was observed as the dose of Fe+ implantation increased, and the qP value decreased, whereas the qN curves were significantly higher than control. A stimulating effect of Ti+ implantation on plants’ photosynthesis was found and the promotion effect reached maximum at D1. Fe+ implantation decreased the chlorophyll content while increased the chlorophyll a/b value, and inhibited the synthesis of chlorophyll. By contrast, a stimulating effect of Ti+ implantation on chlorophyll content was found, which enhanced plants’ photosynthetic capacity.
