      摘要:The current understanding of the cells, cytokines, and the key factors linked to the signaling networks implicated in RILF were summarized. Targets with potential therapeutic effects for the treatment of RILF were also be discussed and listed. From all above, we hope to provide researchers with ideas in studying the drugs with prevention and (or) the treatment of RILF.

      摘要:ABSTRACT MTT was used to detect the celltoxicity of different concentrations of MitoQ on liver cancer HepG2 cells. Apoptosis-inducing assay was used todetect the apoptosis rate onliver cancer HepG2 cells after the treatment with varying MitoQ concentrations. Xenograft tumor model assay was used to investigate the anti-tumoreffects of MitoQ on HepG2 hepatocarcinoma-bearing mice. The results showed thatthe inhibitory effects ofMitoQ on HepG2 cells increased with MitoQ concentration,and compared with control group,the administration group apoptosis rate was significantly higher (p<0.01). In nude mice xenograft tumor modelassay,the tumor growth wasall inhibited after the treatment with 1 mg/kg,5 mg/kg,and 10 mg/kg MitoQ concentration after 10 d. When the mice were treated with 10 mg/kg MitoQ,tumor volume (p<0.01) and tumor mass(p<0.05) were significantly different from those of the blank group (p<0.01). The results indicate that MitoQ has antitumor effect in vivo and in vitro.

      摘要:ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to investigate theradiosensitizing effect of SB431542, a selective inhibitorof TGF-β1 receptor, on H460 non-small-cell lung cancer cells and relative interferingeffect on DNA damage response (DDR). Clonogenic assay was used to measure theradiosensitizing effects of SB431542 on H460 cells; xenograft mouse model wasused to study the radiosensitization in vivo; flow cytometry was used todetermine cell cycle distribution and apoptosis; immunofluorescence microscopywas used to assess 53BP1 foci and pospho-DNA-PKcs foci. The results showed thatSB431542 could increase the radiosensitivity of H460 cells. Pretreatment ofH460 cells with SB431542 prior to irradiation initiated fast DDR but inhibitedDNA repair via non-homologous end joining pathway and thus resulting inmore unrepaired DNA double strand breaks, which caused more severe cell cycledelay. However, apoptosis did not contribute to the radiosensitization. Thedata from xenograft model showed that compared with irradiation alone, thecombination of SB431542 and 5 Gy of X-rays on three consecutive dayssignificantly delayed the tumor growth from 5~12 d post treatment. All theabove indicate that inhibition of TGF-β1 pathway using SB431542 prior toirradiation can attenuate DNA damage repair and disturb cell cycledistribution, leading to decreased clonogenic cell survival and tumor growthdelay, which can be an effective adjunct in radiotherapy for certain lung cancersubtypes.

      摘要:ABSTRACT To prepare the lentivirusgranules interfering lnc-RI and establish HeLa cell lines consistentlydown-regulating lnc-RI, as well as discover its effects on radiation damage, the lentivirusgranules bearing various interfering sequences were prepared by lnc-RI carryingspecific interfering sequences in to interfering plasmid pGLV2. The establecell lines were established after infecting HeLa cells with lentivirusgranules. RT-PCR was employed to determine the inhibitory effects of variousinterfering sequences on lnc-RI expression. DNA damage of the established establecell lines were induced by ionizing radiation sensitivity of the establishedcell lines which weredetermined by colony formation assay. The results showed that the lentivirusgranules bearing various interfering sequences were successfully prepared. Theestable HeLa cell lines infected by lentivirus were obtained and lnc-RI expression levels wasdown-regulated. The resultsof colony formation assay showed that radiation sensitivity of the estable celllines increased when treated with each dose gamma ray irradiation.

      摘要:To study the biological effects of argon ion beams provided by Heavy Ion Medical Accelerator in Chiba (HIMAC, Program No.13J404) in National Institute of Radiological Sciences (NIRS) on Arabidopsis thaliana, the postembryonic development of irradiated dry seeds, such as survival rate, root length, hypocotyls length, plant height and bolting rate, were investigated. The results showed that survival rate, root length, hypocotyls length, plant height and bolting rate decreased with the increasing doses. The variations of genomic DNA fingerprints of the irradiated samples were analyzed by using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique. RAPD results demonstrated that the genetic similarity coefficient between the controls and treatment groups were 0.556~0.944. But the similarity coefficients among treatment groups irradiated with different dosages had no obvious correlations. All the results indicate that M1 seedlings of Arabidopsis thaliana irradiated by argon ions has obvious biological effects on both the plant developments and genomic DNA variations.

      摘要:Clitopilus pinsitus protoplast was irradiated by 12C6+ ion beam at varied absorbed doses for mutagenesis,and high-yielding pleuromutilin mutant strains were screened using high-throughput method and solid fermentation. The results showed that the optimum 12C6+ ion beam absorbed dose is 1.5 Gy,and under this condition the positive mutation rate is 37.58%. By agar column prescreening and 96-plate solid fermentation,the mutant strains,C.pin15I5E and C.pin15II6B,were selected. The yields of the strain increased by 16.17% and 15.47%,respectively,compared with that of the original strain. The research suggests that applying heavy ion irradiation to protoplast is a possible method to breed mutant strains.

      摘要:The aim is to study the serum iron changes in vitro serum of human peripheral blood irradiated by Co-60 γ-rays and explore its feasibility as a biodosimetry. To establish the dose-response relationship,the concentration of serum iron in γ-rays irradiated serum was detected using ELISA (Enzymes linked immunosorbent assay). The results demonstrated that serum iron level increased with absorbed dose,and the dose-response curve of serum iron concentration followed the linear-quadratic model: male [y=30 676.5+2 383.5x-202.7x2 (r=0.99)],female [y=26 974.4+ 1 611.8x-141.3x2 (r=0.98)]. Time-response relationship of 4 Gy demonstrated that the serum iron was stable within 2 d. With the dose-response linear-quadratic curve,the absorbed dose was close to the double-blind dose (1,2 and 4 Gy),and the 95% confidence interval of the estimated value was narrow. Therefore,the serum iron has the potential to be a new biodosimetry to reconstruct human exposure dose.

      摘要:In order to effectively evaluate the safety in high frequency electromagnetic environment radiated by antenna of passenger information system (PIS) of subway train,the 5.8 GHz frequency Yagi-antenna and the human body model was designed. By using the three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software,the high frequency electromagnetic environment model of the driver’s cab of B-type subway train under the electromagnetic exposure of antenna was established while the occupational electromagnetic exposure of subway train driver was simulated. The results showed that when the input power of the antenna reached its maximum value of 50 W,compared with the limit values for electromagnetic occupational exposure constituted by International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP),the specific absorption rate of human body model was 0.63 mW/kg,which was lower than the basic limitation 10 W/kg; the strength of electric field was 72.37 V/m,which was lower than the reference limitation 137 W/kg; the intensity of magnetic field was 0.72 A/m,which was higher than the reference limitation 0.36 A/m. The intensity of magnetic field would be 0.33 A/m,which was lower than the reference limitation when antenna’s input power was 10 W. It demonstrates that in such electromagnetic environment,the high frequency electromagnetic radiation in driver’s cab would be harmful to subway train driver’s health. Therefore,the input power of antenna should be lower than 10 W to ensure that the driver is in the safety electromagnetic exposure environment.

      摘要:In order to completely express the results of Sr-90 analysis, this paper presents the uncertainty evaluation of Sr-90 analysis in biological samples. Determination of Sr-90 in tea ash was taken as an example, the origins of uncertainty were discussed in detail and the mathematical model was established. Uncertainty components, standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were respectively calculated as well. Contributions of uncertainty components were also compared. The results showed that the radioactivity of Sr-90 in the tea ash was (68.8±2.6) Bq/kg (k=2), and the uncertainty mainly originated from Y-90 beta-counting, detection efficiency of equipment and chemical recovery of the method.
