      摘要:To study the influence of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans(At.f) mutated by X-ray on the biooxidation and bioleaching of refractory gold ores, X-ray was used to irradiate At.f strains at different doses, and more efficient strains were screened by microbiology methods and the measurement of relevant indicators. Compared with the original strain, the bioleaching ratio of iron by the mutants after irradiation at 450 Gy was 50.24%, namely 44% increased, and the bioleaching ratio of gold reached 86.68%-two folds than gold direct cyanidation leaching. It is proved that X-ray irradiation is an outstanding way to breed mutants of high bioleaching ratio of iron and gold strains of At.f.

      摘要:To investigate the interference effect of ataxia-telangiectasia mutated (ATM) gene expression on the radiosensitivity of human gastric cancer AGS cells, the plasmid of interfering RNA was used to transfect AGS cells. The mRNA and protein expression levels of ATM gene were measured by RT-PCR and Western blot, respectively. The effect on cell growth after irradiation was analyzed by using the colonies formation assay. Cell cycle and cell apoptosis were analyzed by flow cytometry. The RNA interference plasmid of ATM gene was transfected into AGS cells and AGS-Ri-ATM cells were obtained successfully. The RT-PCR and Western blot results demonstrated that the expression of ATM gene was down-regulated in the AGS-Ri-ATM cells. The colonies formation numbers/ratios of AGS-Ri-ATM cells were less than those of AGS-Vector. The flow cytometry demonstrated that G1 arrest was induced and apoptosis appeared in AGS-Ri-ATM cells after irradiation at 4 Gy for 12 h, which was not observed in AGS-Vector cells. Interference of ATM expression increased the radiosensitivity of human gastric cancer AGS cells.

      摘要:Dose differences among TomoHelical (TH), TomoDirect (TD), Volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) and intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) for esophagus cancer were compared. Eighteen esophageal patients were chosen. The Pinnacle 9.2 treatment planning system was used to generate the VMAT plan and the five field IMRT plan. For comparison, the TH plan and five field TD plan were generated by TomoHDTM 2.0.7 treatment planning system. It was available to adopt the dose volume histograms to investigate the dose parameters of target, the statistics of conformity index (CI), the heterogeneity index (HI) of planning target volume (PTV), the dose volumetric parameters of lung, and the spinal cord and heart, total accelerator output monitor units and total treatment time. The results showed that the CI and HI of TH plan was better than TD plan, and VMAT plan was better than IMRT plans, and the first two plans were better than the latter two; the lung's V20Gy and V30Gy, heart's V30Gy and V40Gy of TH plan and VMAT plan were better than those of TD plan and IMRT plan. However, the lung's V5Gy of TD plan had a greater advantage among them. The TH plan was better than TD plan, TD plan was better than VMAT plan, VMAT plan was better than IMRT plan. Taken the cost into consideration, the esophageal VMAT plan is preferred, and considering the therapeutic effect and quality of survival, the TH plan is preferred. When the target volume is relatively large, the low-dose lung is unavailable to achieve the clinical requirements. Therefore it is proposed to use the TD plans to cure the patients. Dose volume histograms are adopted for the statistics of CI, HI of PTV, dose volumetric parameters of lung, spinal cord and heart, total accelerator output monitor units and total treatment time.

      摘要:The main characteristics of DR_2327and DR_2328 in Deinococcus radiodurans were analyzeed by bioinformatics. Full-length gene of DR_2327 and DR_2328 was amplified by PCR, and constructed in pGEM-T vector. Transformed recombinant vector into E.coli JM109 and followed by restriction enzyme digestion. DR_2327 and DR_2328 gene was cloned successfully. Bioinformatic analysis results showed that DR_2327 and DR_2328 gene located in the same operon, and DR_2328 protein with histidine kinase activity, DR_2327 protein with response regulator activity. It is suggested that DR_2327 and DR_2328 constitute a two-component system in Deinococcus radiodurans. In vitro experiments showed that DR_2327 and DR_2328 could enhance tolerance to UV radiation and H2O2 of E.coli.

      摘要:Research progress on biocompatibility, endocytosis and intracellular trafficking, as well as their intrinsic enzymatic activity-related cellular effects of magnetic iron nanoparticles (Fe3O4 NPs) were summarized. These comprehensive researches provide valuable insights for anti-oxidation, autophagy regulation, theranostics, radiation treatment and other biomedical applications of magnetic iron nanoparticles.

      摘要:Self-developed α, β surface contamination measuring instrument surface activity in response positioning device, combined with the JJG478-1996 which introduced the measurements of surface activity response were used to quantitatively and qualitatively describe the changes of α, β surface activity response with the distance between the source and surface contamination meter, and the unevenness of the source. Quantitative evaluation by experiments found that there was a quadratic polynomial relationship between the α, β surface activity and the distance with the correlation coefficient greater than 0.99. While α, β surface contamination meter's probe area was very small, and the use of five-point method couldn't cover the active area of the standard plane source, the α, β surface activity response result should be the average value of five points; while α, β contamination meter's probe area was big enough, it should be the value measured at the central part of the plane source active region.

      摘要:Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin was used as the substrate, and grafted with ethyl styrenesulfo-nate (ETSS) monomer through pre-irradiation graft polymerization method. The influence of absorbed dose, grafting temperature, reaction time, and concentration of ETSS monomer on grafting yield (Rg) were investigated. After that, the PVDF-g-PSSA ion exchange resin was obtained via hydrolysis of PVDF-g-PETSS at 95 oC. The grafting of ETSS and preparation of PVDF-g-PSSA were proved by FTIR, XPS and TGA. At the Rg of 120%, the ion exchange capacity of PVDF-g-PSSA reached 2.05 mmol/g. This work provides a facile route for the preparation of ion exchange resin.

      摘要:The aim is to investigate the electric field effect produced by the ultra high voltage (UHV) AC transmission lines with belt sag on the human body. A simulation software named Comsol and a human body model were used to calculate and analyze the electric field effect caused by the nabla UHV AC transmission lines closely to the reality, and then the result was compared with the one produced by ideal straight lines. The results indicated that in the human and the near-field region, the distribution of electric field and induced current was nonuniform. The maximum electric field focused on the above region of human head surface. The value of electric field intensity and induced current density in the joints of the body were high. Below the actual and ideal straight UHV transmission lines, the electric field intensity and induced current density produced by the belt sag wire in all tissues including central nervous system of human was 17% to 19% or so higher than the ideal straight. Compared with the guidelines of International Commission on Non-ionizing Radiation Protection(ICNIRP), the electric field intensity did not exceed the threshold value for both occupational exposure and general public exposure. In the aspect of induced current density, except that the value in the lower legs and lower scalp exceeded the limitation of general public exposure slightly, that of the other parts did not exceed the limits of ICNIRP. The conclusion shows that the electromagnetic radiation caused by the two kinds of UHV AC transmission lines is safe for the occupational people. As to the general public, some proper protection must be taken.
