
通过水培试验研究了不同浓度U和Cd复合胁迫下对豌豆根系活力、叶绿素和超氧化物歧化酶的影响,及植株对两种元素的积累特征。结果表明:经低浓度(20 mg/kg)U和Cd处理,豌豆的根系活力高于对照,相对其它浓度能促进根系生长。豌豆叶绿素含量随浓度增加均呈现先升后降的趋势,而SOD活性呈现先降后升的趋势。水介质中,U和Cd复合胁迫对豌豆生物量影响不大。随着处理浓度增加,豌豆体内U和Cd含量增加,并且根系中含量>地上部植物中含量。豌豆对U、Cd的富集系数和转运系数均<1,豌豆对U的耐受性明显强于Cd。
Plant roots activities, chlorophyll, SOD and accumulating characteristics of peas were investigated after combined stress with different concentrations of U and Cd in the hydroponic condition. The results showed that the roots activities of pea were higher than that in the control group meanwhile relative to other concentrations could promote the root growth under low concentrations of U and Cd treatment (20 mg/kg). There are no significant effects on the biomass of pea. Along with the increment of concentrations, the contents of U and Cd increase in both parts of the plants and the contents showed roots>the part above-ground. The bioaccumulation factor (BF) and the translocation factor (TF) of pea to U was obviously weaker than Cd.Cited
