大量流行病学资料研究表明,辐射诱导的癌症发病率在一定辐射剂量范围与辐射剂量线性相关,某些放射治疗和和医学放射性诊断的辐射剂量范围,与流行病学调查癌症发生风险增加人群的受照剂量高度一致。随着放射性诊疗设备在疾病诊断、治疗和健康检查过程中不断增加的应用,大量患者和健康检查者因医源性辐射负担增加而造成的潜在健康危害值得关注。在辐射防护评估中继续遵循LNT模型假设,对于降低医院性辐射危害仍具有科学和实际意义。
A large number of epidemiological data have shown that, the incidence of radiation-induced cancer in a certain range of radiation dose is linearly related with exposure doses. And the dose ranges that people received during performing some of radiation therapy and medical radiological diagnosis are highly consistent with dose ranges where an increased risk of cancer groups was found by epidemiological investigation. With an increasing application of radioactive diagnostic and therapic equipments in disease diagnosis, treatment and healthy checks the potential health hazards due to radiation among a large number of patients and individuals performing healthy check should erect more concern. In risk assessment caused by medical radiation following the LNT model assumes at present still has a scientific and practical significance to reduce hazards.
