摘要

实验从细胞和动物水平研究射线对肿瘤细胞中谷胱苷肽（GSH）合成的影响，分析GSH含量同肿瘤辐射敏感性的相关性；评价GSH合成抑制剂-丁胱亚磺酰亚胺（BSO）的辐射增敏效果，探讨以外周血单核细胞中GSH含量监测肿瘤患者对射线敏感性的可行性。实验结果表明，射线可以引起肿瘤细胞中GSH含量的升高，抑制肿瘤组织中GSH的合成，可以显著增强肿瘤细胞对射线的敏感性，外周血单核细胞和肿瘤中GSH含量变化一致且与肿瘤细胞对射线的敏感性相关。

Abstract

The present study aims to analyze the correspondence between intracellular gluthathione (GSH) content and tumour cells sensitivity to γ-rays, to investigate the influence of irradiation on GSH synthesis and to evaluate the feasibility of monitoring patients radiosensitivity by determining GSH in peripheral monocyto. In this experiments, buthionine sulfoximine (BSO), a GSH synthase inhibitor used to adjust intracellular GSH content, was observed its radiosensitization effect in vivo and in vitro. The results indicated that irradiation increased GSH synthese, BSO enhanced cells sensitivity to γ-ray by exhausting intracellulsr GSH, GSH in PMN could be an useful biochemical parameter to monitor patients sensitivity to irradiation.
