在核黄素水溶液反应体系中,以甲硫氨酸和超氧化物歧化酶为竞争清除剂,[1-3],,测定了琥珀酸-氨基葡糖-二价铜络合物(Amberacid -chitosan -complex with copper (II),ACCC)清除超氧阴离子自由基的反应速率常数。使用254、365nm的紫外光和太阳光为光照源,分别测得清除超氧阴离子自由基的反应速率常数为1.26×10,9,、1.11×10,9, 、4.98×10,8, mol,-1, s,-1, dm,3,。本研究还表明,琥珀酸-氨基葡糖-二价铜络合物清除超氧阴离子自由基的效率分别达91%,这与超氧化物歧化酶的清除效率(93%)几乎相同,但远高于用琥珀酸清除超氧阴离子自由基的效率(2.6%)或用氨基葡糖清除超氧阴离子自由基的效率(5.8%)。
Abstract
By use of steady photo-irradiation in the system of riboflavin aqueous solution containing methyl-sulf-amino acid and superoxide dismutase (SOD) as competitive scavenger of O,2, the rate constant of superoxide anion radical (O,2,−,·) scavenged by (Amberacid-chitosan-complex with copper (II), ACCC) was determined as 1.26×10,9, 1.11×10,9, and 4.98×10,8, mol,-1, s,-1, dm,3, under irradiation of 254nm, 365nm UV lights and sun light, respectively. The results also show that the scavenge rate of O,2,−,· by ACCC reached 91%, which is about the same as with natural SOD (93%), and is far more higher than the O,2,−,· scavenge rate with just amberacid or chitosan, which is only 2.6% and 5.8%, respectively.
