摘要

实验测定了人肝癌细胞系SMMC-7721和hepG2、人卵巢癌细胞系HO-8910和人宫颈癌细胞系Hela受γ射线辐照后的细胞周期阻滞情况，分析了肿瘤细胞DNA损伤后的细胞周期延迟规律和检查点激活的差异。采用,60,Co γ射线，剂量率0.30Gy/min，照射剂量3Gy。在照后不同时间收集细胞，用美国贝克曼库尔特公司的流式细胞仪(Coulter® Epics XL™)测定细胞周期。实验结果如下：

Abstract

Human tumor cell lines of SMMC-7721 (liver cancer), hepG2 (liver cancer), HO-8910 (ovary cancer), and Hela (cervix cancer) were irradiated to 3Gy by ,60,Co γ rays and different cell cycle responses were found. The results showed that the SMMC-7721, hepG2 and HO-8910 cells displayed G,2,/M phase arrest and S phase temporally delayed after the irradiation. The Hela cells had an increased number of cells in both G,2,/M and S phase, which indicated that the G,2,/M and S checkpoints were both activated.
