高分子材料的四大辐射效应——辐射交联、接枝、聚合、降解都已有产品问世。据资料分析,至2002年底,我国辐射加工(主要包括辐射交联电线电缆、热缩材料及其他辐射化工产品)产业年产值已达32亿元,其中辐射交联高分子材料已占整个辐射化工产品的90%以上。辐射交联高分子材料产业化主要包括辐射交联电线电缆、热收缩材料、高分子热敏材料(Polymer positive temperature coefficient,PPTC)、橡胶辐射硫化以及辐射交联聚烯烃发炮材料等。
Abstract
The paper gives a review on industrial developments of radiation crosslinked polymeric materials in China. As one of the fast-growing Chinese industries, the annul productions of various kinds of radiation crosslinked products totaled over 3.2 billion Yuan in 2002. Recent progresses are reviewed in radiation crosslinked cable and wires, low smock halogen-free fire-retardant heat-shrinkable materials, polymeric positive temperature coefficient materials, rubber latex vulcanization, and foamed plastics.
