研究了以电子束辐照预处理聚丙烯(PP)无纺布接枝丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯腈(AN), AA与AN的共接枝的最佳反应条件是: 辐照剂量为200kGy,反应温度为75℃,反应4h,添加剂用硫酸约0.05moL/L,摩尔盐为0.08%,且单体比例为40/60、浓度为50%,同时也探讨了阻聚剂[(NH,4,),2,Fe(SO,4,),2,]对反应接枝率的影响。FT-IR结果反映了单体浓度变化时总接枝率的变化情况,单体比例对总接枝率的影响与其单体自身的稳定性有关,但总接枝率在所给定的单体浓度范围内一直增大。
The chelating fiber containing amidoxime group has been synthesized by graft copolymerization of acryloonitrile (AN) and acrylic acid (AA) onto polypropylene (PP) and amidoximation after electro-beam (EB) preirradiation. The article systematically studies the influence factors of grafting rate. Such as preirradiation dose, reaction time and temperature and monomer concentration. Optimum grafting results could be achieved by irradiating the PP non-woven material to 200 kGy and reacting for 4 hours at 75℃ with 50% monomer concentration of AN/AA = 40/60, while adding 0.05mol/L H,2,SO,4, and Mohr’s of 0.08% in concentration.Inhibiting effect of [(NH,4,),2,Fe(SO,4,),2,] was also studied. The results of FT-IR revealed the total grafting rate which varied with the monomer concentration. The effect of the monomer ratio on the total grafting rate was associated to the stability of the monomers. For the monomer concentration range under investigation, the total grafting rate increased with the monomer concentration.
