摘要

为估算,123,I-AnnexinV 在人体内的辐射吸收剂量并评价其安全性，用,125,I-AnnexinV作为示踪剂，测定放射性碘标记的AnnexinV在小鼠体内各脏器放射性分布并换算至标准人体内分布数据。按国际通用的由美国核医学会医学内照射吸收剂量委员会（Medical internal radiation dose committee，MIRD）提出的方法，将其输入Mirdose-3软件，估算人体内,123,I-AnnexinV辐射吸收剂量。实验结果表明，肝脏和肾脏是辐射吸收剂量最大的器官，其吸收剂量别为2.77×10,-3,mGy/MBq和2.71×10,-3,mGy/MBq，红骨髓内照射吸收剂量最低，约为1.78×10,-5,mGy/MBq，其它脏器的内照射吸收剂量在1.5×10,-4,mGy/MBq―10.5×10,-4,mGy/MBq之间，有效剂量当量（Effective dose equivalent，EDE）为5.55×10,-4,mSv/MBq。这为临床安全应用,123,I-AnnexinV提供了参考资料。

Abstract

To estimate absorbed doses by ,123,I-AnnexinV in human,125,I-AnnexinV was used as a radiotracer for measuring the distribution of radiolabeled Annexin V in mice. The standard Medical Internnal Radiation Dose (MIRD) method was used by Mirdose-3 software in dosimetry estimation. The results show that liver and kidney received 2.77×10,-3, and 2.71×10,-3, mGy/MBq, respectively. The red marrow received 1.78×10,-5, mGy/MBq, and the other organs received doses between 1.5×10,-4, and 10.5×10,-4,mGy/MBq.The effective dose was estimated at 5.55×10,-4, mSv/MBq. Human radiation dosimetry can be performed by the mice biodistribution data and important data for clinical safe trial of ,123,I-AnnexinV are provided.
