Kinetics of enzymatic degradation behavior of cross-linked PCL was studied. It is well known that the enzymatic hydrolysis of water-insoluble PCL by depolymerases produces water-soluble products. The result showed that the concentration of product in the solution increased with the time and substrates concentration. The degradation kinetics followed Mechaelis-Menten equation. The degradation parameter of the PCL powder was 1.14mg/mL for ,K,m, and 0.39mL/h for ,V,max, respectively. And the degradation parameter of cross-linked PCL particulate was 71.95mg/mL for ,K,m, and 0.96mL/h for ,V,max, respectively.
