摘要

SEMA3B基因通过NP-1受体介导抑制PI3K/Akt传导通路，从而抑制PI3K/Akt对电离辐射所致DNA损伤的修复作用，增强了辐射对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用；除此之外，SEMA3B通过竞争相同的NP受体抑制VEGF165的表达，减少VEGF165对电离辐射所致血管损害的保护作用，增加肿瘤的辐射敏感性。

Abstract

SEMA3B could sensitize tumor cells to radiation treatment through the way of inhibiting PI3K/Akt pathway, which could function as enhancing the repair of DNA damage induced by ionization radiation. Also, SEMA3B could enhance tumor radio-sensitivity by competing for binding VEGF165 to Neuropilin, which are the same receptors that they share, so as to inhibit the expression of VEGF165 which could protect the ionization radiation injury of blood vessels.
