La,0.96,Tb,0.01,Dy,0.03,BO,3, luminophor is sythetized using high temperature solid phase. The luminescence of La,0.96,Tb,0.01,Dy,0.03,BO,3, by γ-ray irradiation was briefly studied. Tb,3+,、Dy,3+, 4d electron binding energy in La,0.96,Tb,0.01,Dy,0.03,BO,3, was close to 161.0eV. and Tb,3+,、Dy,3+, 4d binding energy peak areas changed with the change of irradiation doses. At 1.5×10,4,Gy dose, La,0.96,Tb,0.01,Dy,0.03,BO,3, has the maxim value of luminous intensity.
