In this work, one-electron reduction potentials of tea polyphenol components including EGCG, ECG, EGC and EC in aqueous solution at pH7 were determined to be -321 mV, -326 mV, -331 mV and -330 mV, respectively, using pulse radiolysis techniques. 2,6-dimethylbenzoquinone (DQ) was used as a reference compound.
