用顺序IPN方法合成了核-壳结构的P(BA-MMA)/P(EA-AA-NMA)复合乳胶,研究了聚合引发方式,组成单体配比及NMA功能性基团对乳胶粒子的结构和性能的影响。结果表明:辐射引发乳液聚合可制得核-壳界面明显且相分离完全的复合乳胶,所得复合乳胶的拉伸强度、伸长率、耐水压、稳定性、成膜性等都得到了很大的改善和提高。
We adopt orderly IPN method to prepare core-shell structure aerylate emulsion copolymer latexes P (BA-MMA) /P (EA-AA-NMA) , and investigate the influence of the polymerization initiation, monomer proportion and NMA function radical on the particle core-shell structure and properties. The results showed that the emulsion copolymer latexes P (BA-MMA) / P (EA-AA-NMA) with clear interface and complete homogeneous phase separation can be emerged by radiation polymerization. Correspondingly, the tensile strength, extension ratio,water pressure resistance and stability of the film showed much improvement.
