摘要

象DNA链断裂一样，DNA交联是一种重要的辐射损伤类型。我们研究了关于稀释溶液中DNA分子的链间交联。结果表明，DNA分子链间交联仅在辐照剂量为20～100 Gy的范围内出现。这种效应依赖于DNA的浓度和（G + C）%含量而与剂量率无关。5'-溴尿嘧啶和半胱氨酸的辐射敏化作用和保护作用也得到证实。

Abstract

DNA cross linking is an type of radiation damage as important as DNA strand-break. The DNA interstrand cross-linking in the dilute solution has been studied, and the result showed that DNA interstrand cross-linking only presented with in the irradiation dose range of 20~100 Gy. The effect depends on concentrantions and G-C percentage of DNA and is independent of dose-rate. The radioprotective effects of cysteine and radiosensitive effects of 5'-Bromouracil were demostrated as well.
