离体人血红细胞受到低能的软X射线照射后,如同受到硬X射线照射一样,细胞表面电荷明显下降,这种变化可用细胞电泳率的下降来表示。剂量在43.9~1754.0 rad范围内,红细胞电泳率的变化与剂量呈正比。受43.9和1052.4 rad软X射线照射后,红细胞电泳率随时间的推移逐渐下降,照后4小时降到最低点,以后逐渐恢复,43.9 rad照后24小时可以恢复到未受照射的对照水平,而1052.4 rad照射组则不能。,红细胞悬浮于自身血浆中,其电泳率比悬浮于生理盐水中低。照射的血浆加到红细胞悬液中并不能改变红细胞的电泳率;而受照的红细胞悬浮于生理盐水中,却可降低其电泳率。加胞二磷胆碱到照后的红细胞悬液中,可使红细胞表面电荷得到恢复。
When human erythrocytes were irradiated in vitro with lower energy soft x-ray, their EPM dropped markedly, This is of similar effect as treated with hard x-ray. Within the range of 43.9-1754.0 rad, the drop of erythrocyte EPM varied in proportion to irradiation dosages, When erythrocytes underwent irradiation of 43.9 and 1052.4 rad, its EPM changed with the lapse of time, At 4 hrs after irradiation, the erythrocyte EPM dropped to its minimum, then gradually recovered. For samples irradiated with 43.9 rad, their EPM recovered to its original level 24 hrs later, but not for samples with 1052,4 rad irradiation.,When the erythrocytes were suspended in their own plasma, their EPM was lower than in normal saline, but when irradiated plasma was added (1:1) into saline suspension of normal erythrocytes, no EPM change was induced. However, when irradiated erythrocytes were suspended in normal saline, their EPM dropped Markedly. Furthermore, the dropped EPM might be recovered if CDP-choline was added into irradiated erythrocyte suspension.
