Thermally Stimulated Current (TSC) spectra above room temperature from polyethylene terephthalate irradiated by ,60,Co γ-rays have been investigated. TSC peak values related to the space charge are all through over maximum and finally are reduced to the same current range, independing on the dose rates in the dose range of megarad. There are, probably, two processes during irradiation: one produces new charge carriers, while the other reduces electrons by oxygen diffusion into the polymer specimens.
