本工作用磷钼蓝比色法研究发现,在缺氧的中性水溶液中,硝基杂环化合物N-6、N-8对5'鸟苷酸(5'-GMP)的γ射线辐解过程中无机磷的释放均有敏化效应,其中以N-8较佳,但它们的敏化效果都与敏化剂的浓度和辐照剂量有关,其化学增强比C.E.R'=G(P,i,)有敏化剂/G(P,i,)无敏化剂,对于同一浓度的敏化剂,随剂量的增大而减小;而在同一剂量条件下,则随敏化剂浓度的增大而增大。敏化机制则是由于电子从5'-鸟苷酸的C',5,自由基向硝基杂环化合物(一种亲电子敏化剂S)转移形成阳碳离子继而水解的结果,从而增加了γ射线辐射诱发无机磷释放的产额G(P,i,)。
The Radiosensitization of nitroheterocyclic compounds on nucleic acid constituent is discussed in this paper. In aqueous solution of 5'-GMP (1×10,-3,M). studies suggest that both nitroheterocyclic compounds N-6 and N-8 are demonstrated as radioseneitizers by raising the release of the inorganic phosphate (P,i,) in the absence of oxygen. The degree of radiosensitization find expression in C. E. R. It is defined as the ratio of the yields of inorganic phosphate in the presence and absence of sensitizer, i. e. C. E. R.=G(P,i,) sensitized/G(P,i,) unsensitized. Studies suggest that the degree of radiosensitization of both compounds N-6 and N-8 decrease with increasing irradiation dose for same sensitizer concentration, and increase with increasing sensitizer concentration for same irradiation dose. The sensitization effect of compound N-8 is superior to compound N-6.
