摘要

本文阐述了,60,Co γ射线对香烟的生物毒性的影响。用香烟烟气冷凝物做了Ames试验，人胚肺细胞遗传毒理实验，及吸烟对小白鼠生殖能力的影响实验。结果表明，吸收剂量低于10 KGy,60,Coγ辐照并不增加烟草的生物毒性。

Abstract

The paper described the influence of radiation processing on tobacco biological toxicity. We used the cigarette smoke condensate in Ames test, human embryo cells(KMB-17) genetics toxicity test and mice reproduction ability test. All the results showed that 10 kGy ,60,Co-γ rays radiation processing of tobacco did not increase the biological toxicity of tobacco.
