摘要

检测静脉注射伊文思蓝后骨髓及血浆中染料含量并算出骨髓内血浆和全血含量的多少，可反映血管充盈好坏，血管壁通透性高低以及血窦壁破坏出血区域的大小等骨髓血管机能状况。实验结果表明，10 Gy γ线全身照射后6小时始，骨髓中伊文思蓝含量、血浆含量和全血含量明显增多。3天达峰值。照后10天仍明显高于正常。10 GyX线局部照射区骨髓血管机能呈双相改变。早期变化与全身照射后基本相仿，骨髓内染料滞留量及血浆全血含量均显著高于正常。照后晚期则各项指标可低于正常。

Abstract

The functional condition of bone marrow vessels was investigated by estimating the content of Evan's Blue, the plasma volume and the total blood volume in the bone marrow of the mice iv injected with Evan's Blue.,The results showed that 6 hr later after 10 Gy total body irradiation the injuries of bone marrow vessels could be observed. It reached the peak at the 3 rd day post-irradiation. on the 10th day post-exposure, the functional condition of bone marrow vessels remained abnormal. At early stage after a local X-irradiation, the damagcs of bone marrow vessels occured. They were similar to that after total body irradiation. At the late stage, the content of dye, the plasma volume and the total blood volume were below the control level. The significance of this finding in hemopoletic failure after irradiation was discussed.
