毛细血管壁的损伤是辐射引起出血的重要原因、实验明显地证实“8401”: 3、4、5——三甲氧基苯甲醛(芥子酸胺盐衍生物)能升高辐射后小白鼠的血小板量,本文同时表明不同剂量“8401”对血管内皮细胞生长有影响,使用培养细胞(R,22-25,)在室温中以γ线15 Gy照射后,再以细胞密度为3.5 ×10,5,/ml接种在12只培养并中,每二只培养并为一组,分别加“8401”1、2、3、4、5微克,二只培养瓶作对照,细胞培养七天后,每用胰蛋白酶消化后计数,结果1 µg组细胞数为1.86×10,5,/并,2 µg组为2.17×10,5,,3 µg组为2.21×10,5,,而对照组为1.23×10,5,:“8401”用药组细胞量大大多于对照组(p,<, 0.01),结果表明一定剂量的“8401”能刺激辐射后内皮细胞的生长,这可能是内皮细胞损伤后“8401”能促进其增殖能力。
The damage of capillary wall is the important cause of hemorrhage induced by radiation. Experiment showed previously that "8401" : 3-(3, 4, 5-trimethoxphenyl) -Propenoic acid ethylene diamine salt increased platelet number of the ir radiated mice. This paper observed the "8401" effect of different dose on influence of proliferation of the endothelial cells. The cultured cells of R,22-25, were irradiated with ,60,Co r-ray (15 GY) at room temperature, then the Cells with an initial density of 3.5×10,5, cells/ml were plated on twelve dishes and 1-5 µg of "8401" were added into two dishes each (exeastt tho dishes as control.) By the seventh days after platting cells, each dish were trypsmized and counted with a blood counter. The result was: 1 µg group obtainedg cells count of 1.86×10,5, cells/dish 2 ug group-2.17×10,5, 3 ug group-2.21×10,5, respectively, but control group is 1.23×10,5, cells/dish. The cells count in "8401" group was much higher than controlt (p,<,0.01). The results show that "8401" of a certain dose an stimulate growth of the irradiated endothelial cella and "8401" seem to promote proliferation of the endothelial cells in case of the endothelial cell injury.
